Directions for Use: Dosage
DIET PLANS WITH WHEAT GRASS POWDER FOR BETTER RESULTS
A. Healthy People ( For general well-being and rejuvenation)
About one Spoon = 3g at a time
Using one spoon = 3g a day is
recommended for good results
Daily one spoon = 3 g Wheat Grass
Powder for 30 days or One Month Course

Repeat the course after a gap of every three (3) months to supplement nutrition deficiency and promote
rejuvenation of body cells.
B. Other Health Problems & Weight Control
I.Adults:-
First 5 days –3g or  1 spoon in
Morning and Evening,
Next 5 days – 3g or 1 spoon
Morning, Afternoon and Evening,
11th day onwards – 6g or 2 spoon
Morning, Afternoon and Evening

II.Children:- Below 10 Years
First 5 days – 1/2 - half spoon in morning and evening,
6th day onwards – 1/2 - half spoon in morning, afternoon and evening,
Wheat Grass Therapy should be taken for minimum of 3 months continuously

Note:
I. For best results – Wheat Grass Therapy should be accompany a healthy diet consisting of Vegetables, Soups, Sprouts, Green Salads, Fruits, Juices, Dry Fruits etc…

II. Bakery products, fried foods, spicy foods, Non – Veg, Alcohol, Tobacco etc… should be avoided or reduced to minimum. Consult a Naturopath Doctor

III. 1,00g of Wheat Grass Powder can supply nourishment equal to that obtained from 23Kg of Selected
Vegetables.

Direction For Use

Do not have any food for half an hour before and after consumption
A few drops of honey may be added to enhance taste.
